4. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time

Returns
At Wetlandplants.co.uk we undertake only to send you quality plants, and will inspect them carefully before they leave us. We shall package and protect everything so that they don't get damaged. You can return anything you are not happy with within seven days of receiving it. All you have to do is contact us on:-01432 355027 or at :-info@wetlandplants.co.uk , preferably with your order number to hand, to discuss the problem. We will then either arrange a replacement, or refund your money.

Please bear in mind that the look of pond plants changes rapidly through the growing season. For instance, if we were to send you a plant during the winter, in most cases, very little, if any growth would be visible above the soil line, but the same plant could be several feet tall by August. (This is why later in the season we may have to trim back some plants a little, for ease of delivery. Substitutions
If you order something and we don't have it in stock, we reserve the right to replace it with something similar. You can rely on us to choose a plant as similar to the one you ordered as possible in both size and price. We will normally contact you by e-mail first to give you the chance of picking a substitute. If, however you are not happy with our choice, you can return it to us within 7 working days of delivery. We shall meet your reasonable costs of returning it.

Cancellation
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order up to 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To cancel an order, please send us an e-mail at:-info@wetlandplants.co.uk with details of the order you are cancelling.
We will refund the price paid by you for the goods as soon as we can, and no later than 30 days after the cancellation. We may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. Whilst we respect your right to change your mind, we would ask that you take reasonable care of any plants which you decide you do not want. Delivery
We use recognised carriers, normally The Royal Mail, or Parcel Force, costs are shown and calculated on the basket page.

Orders received will normally be sent within 10 days. We will E-Mail you to advise you when your order has left us.

Post and Packing Charges To UK Destinations:-
For orders over £100.00 , P&P is free.
Orders between £40.00 and £100.00 P&P is £10.00.
Orders less then £40.00 P&P is £5.00.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please Print this page, ( I suggest you make a copy to retain ) and post it, together with your cheque for full amount ( including Post and Packing ) payable to Wetland Plants to :-
