This handsome plant produces spectacular yellow/green variegated leaves from very early spring, although the variegation tends to fade during summer. Produces its rich yellow flowers from early to mid summer. Is best in full sun but will tolerate semi-shade, although if too dark the variegation will suffer. When mature can produce large clumps up to 5 ft tall. I feel it is happier in moist soil but it will tolerate water up to 4 ins over the crown.
